Developed and conducted preseason training programs for 3 amateur teams (Castle Hill United premier league, reserve squad and Parramatta FC 13s girls).
Have trained semi-professional athletes in sports such as Rugby and Soccer.
I have experienced being a former youth athlete playing at an elite level, so I have first-hand understanding of the time and commitment it takes to reach a professional level.
I love everything to do with strength, conditioning and human movement.

Sam has been in the performance industry for over two years. Sam started off as a personal trainer working at Jett's Castle Hill. Following this, Sam got his strength and conditioning accreditation. Now, a strength and conditioning coach who has trained a range of athletes and teams from all levels of sport. Sam has been in charge of preseason training for 4 soccer teams thus far, he has also trained semi-professional soccer and rugby league players. Sam has also spent two years in America training and studying Exos, a high level human performance gym in the United States where Sam trained with a range of expert athletes from various US sports such as the NFL, baseball, soccer, etc.
